Fajita


Fajita is used in Tex-Mex cuisine, referring to grilled meat served on a flour or corn tortilla.

Castimex produces since the past two years two kinds of Fajita meat:
- Beef Fajita (Mexican seasoned beef, very tender)
- Chicken Fajita (Mexican seasoned chicken fillet).

These specific marinated meatproducts are simple and easy to prepare in different recipes.
